S1 E3: Setting (& Keeping!) Strong-ass Client Boundaries
If you are a service provider you need strong-ass boundaries. Period!
In this episode Jess and Tay ask you AND themselves the following questions:
- What are your boundaries?
- How do you set your boundaries?
- What is the process of getting started?
- How do they feel?
They also dive into what you want to include in your contracts and group agreements, like:
- Contact information
- Communication response time
- What platforms they can message you on
- Expectations of the working relationship
- Where materials/products will be delivered
- Payment terms
Once you set your boundaries with clients, it is important to keep them! Your time is valuable whether you believe it is or not and having boundaries that keep your time organized will help you succeed.
