If you have listened to part 1, today I will introduce you to how your daily lifestyle choices are influencing and creating the symptom chronic anxiety.
Here’s the thing... you have to take radical responsibility for your health and your health is an investment. But that doesn’t always mean you have to spend money on your health. We have three currencies: time, energy and money.
If you have chronic anxiety, your physical body is imbalanced. Your gut health, your hormonal health, your nervous system health, etc. is out of balance. YOU have to bring that back into balance. No one else can do that for you. People can guide you, support you and help you figure out what’s going on but no one can do the work to resolve it for you.
It may feel like anxiety has hi-jacked your body and you have no control, and trust me, I GET IT. I used to feel that way but it’s simply not true. You have way more control than you think and a lot of the reasons why you are feeling this way has to do with lifestyle choices.
